StartPoint is led by Janet Donnelly who is a graduate of Leicester University and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

She has worked within in the Finance sector for more than 20 years, gaining recognised qualifications in Insurance, Business Studies and Training and Performance Management at a global level. She has a number of accreditations in Organisational Culture, Efficiencies & Leadership Impact as well as Psychological Testing & Coaching.

Janet has operated at Director level in a global bluechip enviroment, working in many countries and cultures worldwide, fuelling her passion and in-depth insight into organisational and individual performance and operational excellence. Her proven leadership skills in successfully delivering people workstreams in a number of major transformation programmes and projects, enable StartPoint to provide this direct experience and capability to support your change in strategy or to strengthen the performance of your organisation regardless of size and aspiration.
